Sixteen people were found and four were still missing after a fishing boat sank in the sea off East China's Zhejiang Province on Sunday morning, the provincial emergency management bureau said. The bureau confirmed that there were 20 people onboard. As of 10:25 am on Sunday, 16 crew members were discovered, with eight of them showing no vital signs of life, according to the bureau. The search work is still underway as several remain missing. The provincial maritime search and rescue center received a report at 4:28 am on Sunday that the boat registered in neighboring Jiangsu Province capsized about 100 nautical miles east of Zhujiajian, the Port of Ningbo Zhoushan, Zhejiang. Rescue vessels and helicopters from maritime search teams and nearby fishing boats have joined the rescue operation, local authorities said.
